NON–DISCLOSUREAGREEMENTWhereas,Writerhaswrittenascript(“Submission”)forapossiblefuturetheatricalormotionpictureproduction.Whereas,WriterwishesProducertoevaluatesaid“Submission”forthesolepurposeofdeterminingwhethersaidSubmissionmaybefurtherdevelopedintoamotionpicture(“Project”).NOW,THEREAFTER,inconsiderationofthepremisesandmutualcovenantshereincontained,thepartiesagreeasfollows:1.1.AllinformationdisclosedbyWritertoProducer,inwriting,whetherornotsuchinformationisalsodisclosedorally,thatrelatesorrefers,directlyorindirectly,totheSubmission,includingtheSubmissionitself,shallbedeemedconfidentialandshallconstituteConfidentialInformation,andshallinclude(i)alldocumentsgeneratedbyProducerwhichcontain,commentupon,orrelateinanywaytoanyConfidentialInformationreceivedformWriter,and(ii)anywrittensamplesoftheSubmissionreceivedfromWritertoget
